Information on monetary benefits received from Centre Patronal

This information contains an overview of monetary benefits that UBS Switzerland AG (hereinafter referred to as “UBS”) receives from Centre Patronal for the referral of Centre Patronal to UBS clients and prospects.

In particular, UBS advertises Centre Patronal’s legal services to appropriate UBS clients and prospects and directs them to Centre Patronal.

Monetary benefits may lead to conflicts of interests on the part of UBS. They may, in particular, create incentives for UBS to prefer Centre Patronal over other companies paying no, or less, monetary benefits. UBS has appropriate organizational measures in place in order to mitigate the risks resulting from such conflict of interests.

1. Monetary benefits
UBS receives a maximum of CHF 108 for every signed Centre Patronal contract of a referred UBS client requesting these services from Centre Patronal.

2. Waiver of monetary benefits
The UBS client agrees that UBS fully retains any monetary benefits received from Centre Patronal and herewith expressly waives the respective right to receive any monetary benefits. The UBS client acknowledges that this arrangement deviates from the statutory right to claim for restitution according to Art. 400 para. 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations or any other statutory provisions with similar content.

The information you enter in the above fields ("Personal Data") will be used by us to provide you with a personal link that allows you to purchase the product from the chosen partner at a preferential price.
