Depending on the kind of identification document you have, the identity verification will be carried out either during our opening hours (Mo – FR: 8 am to 10 am, Sa: 9 am – 5 pm) by video call or 24/7 by providing a selfie.

• You can use your new account and the digital card right away
• Your physical card will arrive shortly in the mail
