What?
Your UBS Fisca Accounts and associated UBS Fisca Custody Accounts have been assigned new Fisca 3a numbers.
3 to 6 October 2024
The following functions were not available during this period:
- New openings of UBS 3a Pension Solutions.
- Securities trading within the framework of a UBS 3a Pension Solution.
5 to 7 October 2024
The following functions were not available during this period:
- Balance displays for your UBS 3a Pension Solutions in Digital Banking and at the Multimat.
- Account transfers to a UBS 3a Pension Solution.
Since 8 October 2024
Your updated 3a pension solutions have been available to you in an improved view and are fully operational. Former retirement savings accounts with a balance of CHF 0 may have been visible until the end of the week.

UBS will never ask you to log in or provide your Digital Banking login details by phone call, email or text message. We never send emails with links to login pages such as E-Banking and will never ask you for your E-Banking contract number or PIN.
Deposits charged to a UBS account
Nothing has changed for you:
- You can continue to enter payments in Digital Banking under the “Payments” tab.
- Already entered payments and standing orders charged to a UBS account were automatically adjusted for you.
Payments charged to a third-party provider
Payment orders from a third-party provider must be adjusted as of 7 October. You will now make deposits directly into the collective account of the Fisca Pension Fund Foundation:
- Recipient: Fisca Pension Fund Foundation of UBS AG, 8098 Zurich
- Credit account (IBAN): CH20 0023 0230 2480 3096 F
- Payment note: UBS Fisca 3a number / first name and last name of the UBS Fisca 3a holder (e.g., F3xxxxxxxx / John Doe)
You will find your individual deposit data on the flyer sent to you by post or you can order your confirmation for UBS Fisca 3a with your new deposit data conveniently to your home.
