How much do the cards cost?

The Platinum Credit Card comes as a World Mastercard and Visa two-card set. The minimum age is 18 for credit cards and 16 for partner cards.

Where do I find my credit card statement and how can I pay my bill online?

You’ll find your statements in E-Banking and Mobile Banking where they can be viewed for two years.

Paying a card bill in E-Banking

Log on to E-Banking.
Navigate to “Accounts & Cards > Card invoices”
Select a card account, click on the pending invoice and then press “Pay”

To E-Banking

                Paying a card bill in Mobile Banking

            Log on to the Mobile Banking App.
Navigate to “Cards > Credit & Prepaid > Statements.”
Select the current bill, tap “Pay” and confirm the payment.

How can I pay my credit card bill in partial amounts?

Paying a partial amount in E-Banking

Log on to E-Banking
Navigate to “Accounts & Cards > Card invoices”
Select a card account, click on the pending invoice and then press “Pay”
For “I want to pay”, you can select from the following options:
- 100% - full invoice amount
- 50% - half invoice amount (only possible for invoices of > CHF 100)
- Minimum - 5% of the pending invoice amount, but at least CHF/EUR/USD 50
- Edit – you can enter the amount you want to pay individually in the amount field

The remaining amount is automatically transferred to the next bill. Interest of 14% per year is charged on unpaid transactions from the transaction date.

How can I order a new PIN for my credit card?

How can I increase the limit on my UBS Credit Card?

You can temporarily raise the limit yourself in E-Banking and Mobile Banking. The amount is available immediately.

Temporarily increase limit in E-Banking

Log in to E-Banking.
Navigate to “Payments > Payment to card.”
Select the UBS Credit Card for which you want to temporarily increase the limit.
Select your bank account, enter the desired amount and follow the instructions.
The amount is available immediately.

If you wish to increase the limit on a different UBS Credit Card simply enter the 16-digit UBS Credit Card number.

To E-Banking

                Temporarily increase limit in Mobile Banking

            Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
Navigate to “Accounts & Cards > Payment to card.”
Select the UBS Credit Card for which you want to temporarily increase the limit.
Select your bank account and enter the desired amount.
The amount is available immediately.
