How to use it
How to use it
- Use link lists at the end of a piece of text to ensure the reading flow is not interrupted.
- Use meaningful, concise phrases or keywords for link text and create a clear call-to-action.
- Link-text must be self-explanatory
- Use the UBS standard icon set.
What to avoid
What to avoid
- Don't use meaningless link text like 'more'.
- Don’t use a list just for 1 entry.
- Try to avoid more than 5 entries per link list.
- Try to avoid long phrases or complete sentences.
Reference for publisher

Internal links
- Internal links should be generated using the option "Select Path" (references). Absolute URLs may not be used.
- Links should always open in the same window (see separate page on link behavior).
- Mailto links must be configured so that they open in the same window.

Please note
Please note
- Although the Link component provides a possibility to chose an icon, displaying of an icon is not supported by the Link List Re-imagined.
- Internal links should always be relatively well maintained.
- External links should be set to "https" whenever possible.
