Multi-step wizard

The multi-step wizard component allows providing specific creation of user journey during which specific questions can be presented to the end-user grouped in sections.

A visitor is able to interact with the tool throughout the user journey created for the component.

When using the component, the visitor provides answers to predefined questions through different views/screens of the component, the intention of the component is to display specific information to the end-user in the final screen of the user's journey based on provided answers.

Scoring

• The final screen contains the scoring components with configured experience fragments to be displayed depends on the score.
• Types of scoring
  • Modul 1 - Summary
  • Modul 2 - Section Aggregation
    • Logic
      • Each question contributes a score to the aggregated section/category score
      • The aggregated score is compared against the minimum and max score of each section configured for a specific experience fragment
      • If all scores match (are in the same range) – the experience fragment is displayed

To gain insights into the user interaction on the multi-step wizard, below listed events are tracked

• How frequent users start the application

• How far down the application process a user has reached

• How many times a user has reached the final step of application

• Which CTAs are users most engaged with during the application journey

• What are the options selected by users while interacting with the Application

• What is the application completion rate
