How to use it
- Only use it to meet material requirements that otherwise are not met. Wherever possible, try to find a solution using out-of-the-box components.
- The look and feel needs to comply to our guidelines.
- Ensure that HTML snippets are fully functional on all client browsers we support.
- Ensure responsiveness and double-check how content rearranges across viewports.
- Custom code to achieve a certain presentation or functionality not provided by our standard components.
- Optionally, description (expanding/collapsing) can be added at the end of the component

In order not to negatively influence the accessibility of the page when the HTML code is not accessible, a description of the display can additionally be included.

- New way of handling HTML code has been introduced
- The functionality uses the AEM content fragments to create a HTML fragment
- Fragments are centrally stored
- Only dedicated roles are allowed to create a new fragment
- New HTML Code Reference component has been created - it is used to reference to the centrally located HTML fragments
- The new component can be added to Responsive templates instead of the HTML component which has been removed from the sidekick
