How it works

  • New component that reduces time to fulfil contact forms
    • Providing predefined information
    • Allowing visitors to chose from available data
    • User journey ends with a final step/ action:
      • fulfilling a form,
      • redirecting the user to a final destination page or
      • enabling a call
  • Each journey has its own steps. These steps are displayed chronologically when you click a button (element) in a step. Each step can have up to 6 elements.
  • Analytics data per step collected
  • Form data submitted via secure form

How to use it

Component is intended to either

  • guide the visitor to the right “entry point“ on ubs.com
  • to show a secure form as last step or
