How it works
How it works
- The Feedback component allows you to give the end user the option to return feedback on a page, section or any topic you see fit.
- When negative feedback option is clicked a list of radio button options are available (minimum 2 and maximum 5)
- When option is selected user can submit it and the success message is shown
- There are four styles available
- Standard
It starts with first question 'yes' or 'no'. Than for the 'no' a questionnary can be ingetraged. - Survey
A questionnaire can be integrated directly here. - Question
- With this new style, the component can be configured using the dialog elements or wxperience Fragment.
- If configured with dialog elements, it contains affirmative and aegative tabs with text, outline, titles, button, link fields and answer display styles:
- Just text
- Impulse line
- Image on top
- Image on left
- Image on right
- When the configuration option with experience fragments is selected, affirmative and negative tabs require a path to the experience fragment variation.
- Star/Number rating feature
- To get more insights about end user satisfaction it allows to rate the content of the page using star or number rating feature.
- Possible configurations
- Question title & text
- Min/Max rating labels, minimum of 3 to a maximum of 10 stars/numbers
- Thank you message, title & text
- Button styling & link

- You are able to distinguish in Adobe Analytics which of the forms of the feedback component the visitor completed when they are on the same page by adding an additional attribute to the component that will be attached to the current analytics identification.
