How it works

  • Visitors are able to chat with a personal agent on any page the chat functionality is enabled.
  • The chat functionality is based on an agent organization.
  • Geo-restrictions and device-restrictions are configurable.

Note

The chat functionality is a custom integration for the MCCS (Multi Channel Contact Center Services). The front-end is built on the ubs.com platform and connects to a specific backend system. Chat agents are part of the Customer Service Center. 

The functionality is not avialble for general use. Roll-out to new pages is governed by the MCCS team.
