How it works
- Visitors are able to chat with a personal agent on any page the chat functionality is enabled.
- The chat functionality is based on an agent organization.
- Geo-restrictions and device-restrictions are configurable.

The chat functionality is a custom integration for the MCCS (Multi Channel Contact Center Services). The front-end is built on the ubs.com platform and connects to a specific backend system. Chat agents are part of the Customer Service Center.
The functionality is not avialble for general use. Roll-out to new pages is governed by the MCCS team.
