How it works
- The thumbnail layout displays an image in a defined ratio (4:3), the article headline and lead text as well as the meta data.
- The component does not allow background color. This can only be set on grid control.
- The layout supports an optional 'show more' button. When activated the button will load the next articles (number configurable) below the last article. Content underneath is pushed down.
- The layout can sit within all grid control column sizes.
- The component always expands in width to take the full width of the container that it sits within.
- The layout assignment is based on the viewport size and the number of columns the component takes up
How to use it
How to use it
The thumbnail layout presents articles in a list with small decorative images. Use this layout if you want to display many articles and do not want to do without a decorative image.
Optimally used with section, title and tags, without infoline.
