Secure form capabilities

Secure Forms is a UBS Campaign functionality that encloses the following capabilities:

  • Collecting data in a form. Form fields can be defined based on a subset of pre-defined standard fields and generic custom fields.
  • Delivering a success message after submission, either as a part of the form app or on a ubs.com page.
  • Storing the collected data and the consent given in a compliant manner on UBS Campaign
  • Granting specific user access to the collected data
  • Notifying defined user(s) when new data are entered
  • Exporting the collected data as xls or csv
  • Forwarding/routing the form submission data to defined secure shared mailboxes. This could be controlled by conditions.

Best practice

Simplest forms give highest completion rates

For the better completion rate for forms, it is advisable to keep the form short and sweet. When you get rid of the fancy requirements that a non-secure forms, all you get is a simple and secure form.

Reference for publisher

The Secure Form component can be used to add forms to a page based on form definition created in UBS Campaign. A Secure Form can only submit data back to UBS Campaign, where it is securely stored and reports can be generated.

The web specialist will not be able to modify the form fields in AEM, the form will be dynamically shown based on the form configuration provided by UBS Campaign. This configuration includes all form fields, labels, disclaimers, etc.

Any changes to the form need to be done in UBS Campaign.
