Forms

Forms that collect personal data always use secure forms - a CID and  data protection compliant solution that stores data in the UBS Campaign database.

Secure forms can be placed into any grid control cell. The way the form looks is driven by the viewport and the width of the cell.

Help texts provide users with assistance to fill in a form or to understand why specific information is required. Validation appears nearby whilst the user is still filling out the form.

After successfully submitting the form the confirmation can either be displayed on a new page or as an on-page message replacing the initial form.

Secure forms can be used in two ways: either a form is integrated on-page, so that it is displayed in context with the referring content or it is implemented as a stand-alone form on a separate page.
